Introduction
All readers and authors of the International Journal of Advances in Data and Information Systems can enjoy the benefits of free open access. We believe that free open access promotes accessibility and use throughout the world, serving the professional and scientific community as well as the wider community. Because there are no fees charged for access, the International Journal of Advances in Data and Information Systems offsets the cost of publication (including the costs of peer review management, journal production, online hosting, and long-term archiving) by charging article processing charges (APC) to authors, institutions, or funders for each published article.

Article Processing Charges (APC)
All articles accepted on or after January 1, 2023, are subject to an Article Processing Charge (APC). This fee supports open access publishing, allowing readers free and immediate access to content, and covers costs such as peer review management, journal production, online hosting, and long-term archiving.
The APC applies to articles accepted for publication and is valid for the current calendar year. Fees are subject to change at the publisher’s sole discretion.
The submitting author is responsible for the APC payment and must confirm, at the time of submission, their ability and willingness to cover the fee upon acceptance. This responsibility cannot be transferred to a third party unless previously agreed upon by the publisher.
Note: APCs are billed after the article is accepted and do not influence the peer review process.

IDR 2,000,000.00 / USD 130.00 – Domestic authors
We strongly encourage authors to evaluate their ability to secure funding for the APC prior to submission, not after the manuscript has been accepted.
Fast Track Review Process
The Fast-Track Review is an optional service designed to accelerate the peer-review process to approximately 1–2 weeks. Please note that Fast-Track only expedites the review process and does not guarantee acceptance. If accepted, the article will proceed through the standard publication queue.
1. Register and submit your article through the submission system (instructions for registration and submission can be found at Author Guidelines).
2. After successful submitting, confirm your request for Fast-Track by sending a WhatsApp message to (+6281381694837). Please include the title of your article in the message.
3. Wait for the review results, which will be communicated via WhatsApp and email within 1–2 weeks. If you do not receive a response within that time frame, feel free to follow up via WhatsApp.
Regardless of whether you choose Fast-Track or Regular Review, a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) will only be issued if your article is accepted. The LoA will be provided immediately upon acceptance.
